Thingamajigs of the Day:

Speaking of emergency foods! Here’s some of the items that we absolutely love and we always have a stash on hand.

  • Justin’s Almond Butter (individual packets- for putting on celery, apples, or just eating plain)
  • RX Bars (not all are Whole30 and some you have to judge whether it right for you)
  • Epic Bites
  • Raisins (We love Lidil and their produce!)
  • Freeze Dried Mango and Apples (Check for added sugars, they are hiding everywhere!!!)
