What went well?
MG – having food prepped

G– had emergency foods (luckily had a hard boiled egg)

MG– make sure to drink more water throughout the day. have goals set for that.

Speaking of emergency foods! Here’s some of the items that we absolutely love and we always have a stash on hand.
- Justin’s Almond Butter (individual packets- for putting on celery, apples, or just eating plain)
- RX Bars (not all are Whole30 and some you have to judge whether it right for you)
- Epic Bites
- Raisins (We love Lidil and their produce!)
- Freeze Dried Mango and Apples (Check for added sugars, they are hiding everywhere!!!)
